Any attempt to involve Texas Organix in a legal dispute without a valid and substantiated claim will be considered frivolous and abusive. If you submit unsubstantiated claims, you will be fully responsible for all associated legal costs, fees, and damages, and Texas Organix will have no obligation to cover any part of them. This includes, but is not limited to, attorney’s fees, court costs, and administrative expenses.
